One Tough Week..................

It has been hell of a week. A lot of things happened in a week. This post will tell all.

Monday, 15 Dec

Start of attachment. Afternoon shift. Scared Scared SCARED! Heard ppl say KK is scary since they don't like NP nursing students. Sad right. Afternoon shift. So, not much things to do. Me and Sha and Sya just went around getting used to the things and talked to patients. O ya..and the staff talked about some one fainting from the 1st batch. And...HAHAHA! You know who.. And the night went by.

Tuesday, 16 Dec

Attachment again. Morning this time. Me and Sha were damn damn early. Half hour early to be exact. Didn't know what to do. And we were so sleepy. Went to the Tea room and thought wana sleep but no. Went to the ward early.

Had to go to another cubicle. Got to know the staff. How they worked and all. And the day went by.

Attachment again. Morning again. Didn't have a lot to do. The parents did most of the stuff anyways. All we did was parameters and more parameters. And they day went by........

As the night came, the most shocking news was heard.......................................................

Thursday, 18 Dec

Was woken up at 12 AM. Told by my aunt that my grandma was on the way to the hospital since she had hematemesis. My sis passed around the message to the rest of my cousins.

At 2AM, my dad, who was on the way to the hospital, called to tell that my grandma passed away. With his sad voice. I wanted to go to the hospital straight but my sis didn't want to. Scared that she will faint upon seeing grandma like that.

They wanted to do an autopsy on her since it was an unnatural death and she passed away in the ambulance. But thank god they did not.

She was safely buried around 3PM.

I was suppose to be in afternoon shift but didn't go to work. Duh! So, make up on Saturday.

Friday, 19 Dec

Had BTT on this day. But sadly I failed. Accepted it. Don't really mind. Mama and papa went with me to BBDC. Mama laughed at me. And she said, "It's ok la. You're tired that's all." Papa said, "Its ok. You can try again. Just take this as for fun" I'm so lucky to have them. Love them so so much. Don't know what I'll do without them.

Afternoon shift. Had loads of fun with baby. But it was sad la. Hold him so tight. And he urinated on me. Well, not on my uniform. Thank God. On my hand though. HAHA! So cute.

Was so reluctant to go to work on Saturday since I have to do the shift myself. Wai Loon kept rubbing it in. But its ok. HAHA!

Had nothing else but parameters to do still. And the night went by.

Saturday, 20 Dec

The day that I worked alone. Oh my gosh! Wasn't that bad at all. I did infant bathing, feeding and burping on my favourite baby. Love him so much. HAHA! =P

Fun fun fun! Love it! Talked with the staff and the rest of the students. Love it!

Fed the baby and tried to burp him but apparently he was so comfortable with me that he fell asleep. So, he farted on me instead. Haish...Peed on me and now fart on me. But its ok. HAHA!

Went to 4 shopping malls. Walk here walk there. Almost died in Jurong Point. So many people! Met Melissa and Mark there. She cut her hair!

Didn't buy anything though. HAHA!

Found out something damn weird.....haishh......................................

Okiee...Afternoon shift tomorrow! Nitess! =D
