Great Eastern Women's Run.....26 October 2008
Was in the Baggage department with Liling, Khad and Aifah. It was not that bad though we had to be there at 4.30 am! We woke up at 3am, overnyt at Aifah's place. There were a lot of Ngee Ann kids there. The tee is RED RED RED!! Wooo hooo!! Its nicer than the Nike Run tee that we got. Plain black tee (which I think I lost it...Super sorry to Ling, Pris, Dihao and Abu). Khad and Aifah had another white tee and the runners' tee...Tsk tsk tsk..

5AM!!

M18:NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED

2.2! Hmmm....maybe that it is just the starting of the week but I feel lost.
I mean the lecturers are talking in words that I do not understand. She used medical terms that most of us are not familiar with. Gravidarum, menorrhoea, lochia, gestation and bla bla bla. My NSL lecturer didn't teach us but we kinda taught ourself. As in she asked us questions and we answer them ourselves. Its good but we won't know whether what we said is right or not. I'm not frustrated tho. And we already need to do presentations.

Well NURUL, get over it...That's life you need to get through it no matter what.

Ok.....So, we get to "play" with the placenta. For those of you who doesn't know, placenta is an organ that functions as a foetomaternal (baby and mother) organ. Since it is connected to the umbilical cord, the placenta transfers blood as the umbilical cord has 2 arteries and 1 vein. It also transfers nutrition, oxygen, metabolic and endocrine activity.
My lecturer took it from NUH. How cool is that. HAHA!! The picss are bloody. For those who cannot tahan please do not look at it. So that you won't faint. HEEHEE! Enjoy people.......... =P

I'M BACK!! HAHA!!
Ok..At last I have the time and the energy to blog. Hmmm...Today is the first day (Sem 2) for Ngee Ann and Nanyang Poly (those I know only). 2.2 for me. I'm still in the same class as Wenbing, Ros, Tracy and Aifah. Those who joined us are Awul, for NSL 2.2, Ben, for PAS2. First day..Hmm..Is not that bad. Had PAS lecture in the morning for an hour then, had NS3 lecture for an hour. The best part was the 4 hours of NSL with Ms Meera. It was GREAT to see everyone again after such a looooong "holiday". I wana see your hair!! (You know who u are! HAHA!)

Monday, 6 Oct
Delegates had chalet at Chevrons. The purpose was to bond and stuff. The people were not hungry. They were thirsty. Oh-so-thirsty. OMG! All our drinks went missing. HAHA!
It was fun with the beloveds. Sleeping time was funny. We slept at 6am and officially woke up at 9am. My darling won't wake up though we shook her all we can. We woke her cause we, me and her, were blocking the door and people wanted to get in the room to bathe and stuff.
Then, we went off to Far East to had lunch, which everybody was hungry. Then we wanted to watch movie but couldn't because of me n Ning. Most of the movies were M18 and we can't watch. Boo hoo hoo! =(...So, we went back home to sleep... =D

We went Raya Raya. We went to Abu's house first. His house is awesomely nice. Has a SWING!! HAHA!! And, it can take up the weight of an elephant. Cool right! My cousin knows his brother. What a small world!
Then, we went to Aifah's house. Heeheehee....Been there since I was in Sec 1. Cool to be friends with her till now. Loving it. =D...Her mom was complaining to us bout her injury and how her coach dealt with it. Funny. HAHA!
Then, we were off to my place. First it was the beloveds, then Abdullah, Afiq, Zharif and Eunice came at around 9+pm. Afiq knows Yusry, my sis's bf. WHAT A SMALL WORLD! Literally...hahah! =D

Went Raya Raya again with Aifah, Khad, Farid and Faiz. Soooo sad that Azuu couldn't make it. Miss her lots! Its ok...There'll be a next time. First was Aifah's place, then mine, then Ali (joined us later on), then Farid's, then Faiz and last but not least was Khad's. This time is different. We had always started with Khad's place first. HAHA! Its good to have a change. =D....It was our first time going to Farid's and Ali's house. Well, there's a first time to everything. =D...Really happy to meet up with them after sooooooooooooo long not meeting up. Especially with Farid, Faiz and Ali..AZUUU!!! Meet up k!! =D
